2008 Forum

Forum: On November 3, 2008, IROCS hosted a forum on international parental child abduction in Vancouver. Copies of the entire forum are available on DVD as a public service. Contact IROCS at info@irocs.org to request a copy.

The Forum was moderated by Wilf Wakely, a Canadian lawyer and long time resident of Japan specializing in international transactions, and head of Wakely Law, a registered foreign law office in association with TMI Associates, one of Japan’s largest law firms. Mr. Wakely has been involved in a number of cases involving children’s rights issues in Japan.

The Speakers include: Melissa Engdahl, Colin Jones, Anne Bourdeau, Matt Antell and Mairi Richter.
